Day 5 - Marketing

10:00pm

Today was another successful day! Libby and I headed to Remy to meet up with Cat, an employee of the boutique, at around 12pm to get more marketing content for the store. Cat put together three outfits for Libby and I to try on and take photos using my digital camera. One of the outfits included both of us wearing t-shirts from Remy’s new company called Launch2Life, a non-profit organization who’s mission is to spread awareness about mental health, changing the stigma, as well as education for suicide prevention among adults and adolescents. Each $100 donated can get one adult certified in mental health/first aid which can change and save so many other lives. After a few hours of getting content, Libby and I walked over to Neiman Marcus, a large department store in Boston, to get more insight into sales representation from a larger scope. We chatted with a very friendly woman and sales professional Analise, who represented the fragrance brand Jo Malone. In total we spent 6 hours on our project today, which means we have spent 29 and a half hours so far!
